Your GP will need to refer you if you wish to have a skin lesion removed that is not considered to be suitable for NHS treatment. Our team will contact you to book an appointment. If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks of being referred please contact us on 001525-223215.

If you are not a registered patient of Edlesborough Surgery we would require a print out of your medical history, regular medication and any relevant Hospital letters in order to complete the documentation fully.
A urine sample on the day of the examination is required.
Should you be unfortunate enough to have a complication after surgery we will gladly see you free of charge.
